Q: Do you handle the event logistics, or just deliver the robot?

We handle everything: delivery, setup, an on site operator throughout the event, technical support, insurance, and breakdown. You brief us on the goal and we run the deployment. The only thing on your side is venue access and a power source.

Q: How far in advance do we need to book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable for most deployments, including custom programming. Major exhibitions like Forex Expo and GITEX book up faster, so 6 to 8 weeks ahead is safer if you want to lock specific units. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, but the discovery call is where we will tell you honestly what is possible.
